From what did Taliyah Save Sivir?

I am from Egypt speaking Arabic so excuse my english 😝 .. I am so confused by the lore of Taliyah and the Bloodline lore .. In the (The bird and the branch) it is said that Taliyah and Yasuo was at an Inn and 2 Travelers came in and told them that the City Of Shurima is back and the sun disk and this stuff .. and Taliyah decides to go back but Yasuo tells her to complete her training and go to Freljord .. so that will take some time for her to go back to Shurima. Then in Bloodline Lore we read that when Taliyah is back she saves Sivir who was wounded from something unknown. We know that Cassiopeia stabbed Sivir and Azir Saved her .. so why Sivir was injured?? it can't be still injured all the time from the 2 Travelers told Taliyah Shurima has returned and then she went to the freljord and then she goes back to Shurima to see that a woman is injured and she helps her who is Sivir.. and Xerath is just released from his internal sealed tomb and so on. I hope I explained my point and question .. and looking for you experienced answers .. thanks.
