Could a new Icathian champion be possible?

Seperate from the void, Has to have some sort of immortality.

It's implied there are still Icathians left, from Jax's page on the Universe: "Jax and his kind vowed to protect what little remained" And his kind.... What other Icathians/Jax's race are there? What is Jax's race?! We need answers!!
