why doesnt sylas say much in game

he only talks after meeting a champ leaving fountain or killing someone (maybe when united/clustered with teammates). theres no voice over after that walk lines attack lines nothing not even item purchases. its weird how hes another rammus (with a slightly bigger voice over line vocabulary)
