The last one we had was MF, I believe, so I'd like to ask you all if they announced at some point who they would be doing next. If they said they wouldn't be doing any for a while, or they didn't say anything at all, please tell me that, as well. Any and all help is greatly appreciated!
They only do those when they can free up resources for a new splash because they already have a massive backlog of splashes to update and new skins and champions + VGU champs are always having splashes worked on. They each take up to two months to complete, more likely than not a base splash will be updated before a whole champion has their splashes updated. I would imagine Nunu is having most of his splashes redone/edited right now with Ezreal soon to follow.
If Riot can free up resources for a base splash update I would nominate

. They are the most noticeably bad base splashes that I can see.
Are all also outdated but to a lesser degree. Just doing the first three alone would knock the baseline quality of the splashes so high that the rest could wait.
