Can we get the Gangplank announcer + Bilgewater music back to Summoners Rift?

Other announcers like Ahri and Thresh have come and gone, but the combination of Bilgewater music + on the rift was something truly special.

The music was more way upbeat than the usually SR fair and made things so exciting.

Especially when you hit late game and the chanting started
