Ashe Legendary Skin
Ashe needs a legendary skin. Come on Riot, please make it happen! You could make her ALL frosty like with icy armor, an ice bow of course and just add some extra frosty animations. Give it a go and I'd love you all even more. xD

The question is: what differentiates extra frosty skill effects from regular frosty ones? Overall I'd say that a legendary ice skin would still look too similar to the regular ashe in terms of effects,unless the ice has some different color(like blackfrost ashe)
