How would you feel if they bumped up the quality of Prestige and Gemstone skins to Legendary Tier
Would you be happy that the "rare" skins are higher quality
or upset that some of the best skins are now harder to get?

While it would it make feel more worth it, i think locking something like a legendary behind a grind/paywall like that would feel really bad
It'd feel really bad if they locked some content behind this. Its already frustrating the way it currently is and improving the quality of the skins would be like a slap to the face for me.
Also your answers are really vague,you give a "This or That"-question and then the possibilities for answers are "yes" and "no"...
