I know riot doesn't like doing visual updates to champions before they rework some, but I think it would be great if they put more of an effort into remodeling champions that are really behind their time visually, but fine otherwise.
Here's my list.

I have to disagree on a fair few of these. Blitzcrank, Diana, Graves, Hecarim, Kassadin, Leona, Shyvana, and Talon are all completely fine. Ezreal, Gragas, Katarina, Nidalee, Riven, and Teemo are passable as-is. Kog'Maw and Anivia just need to be updated to better resemble their splash arts.
Lots of these could use a GU as well.
& have pretty one-dimensional gameplay, is a nightmare to balance, & kits feel extremely clunky,etc.
Diana don't need a VU but only a GU.
