I have a question. I am not really sure who would know this information but I figured I would ask. I realized a few annie skins are locked and I am wondering when they will be unlocked, such as goth annie. I know that its pretty rare but I was just wondering if riot would ever unlock the skins for purchase in the store.

Well.. technically you can "buy" Goth Annie right now, she is in the "Digital collector's bundle", just saying. If you own all the champions of the pack, then the "bundle" (Only Goth Annie) will cost 975 RP... It not really worth it in my oppinion, but its there.
