I think their was a leek with eight new skins to be released with Illaoi being one of them. So far they got the new Zyra one right, so maybe shell get one too, but take this with a grain of salt.

She will get there soon enough. Some take a long time to get their first skin, like look at Diana, her release was 08-07-2012 and her Lunar skin came out on 01-28-2014. So that's a good amount of time she had to wait.
