Bandle City and League of Runeterra

So, in the last "Ask Riot", it got mentioned that there are champions in the game which are not associated with specific regions, like Fiddlesticks. And Riot wants to just use these characters as "flexible" champions, which can show up in different decks. Meanwhile there are champions which are so deeply connected with one specific region, that they have to end up in one deck, like Garen has to be Demacian.

Why is this relevant? Teemo is mentioned as one of these flexible champions that isn't associated with a region.... except he is, at least in Universe. Teemo is considered a Bandle City champion. With these statements, does this mean that we are never going to get a dedicated Bandle City deck and all champions associated with that region will simply get put in another deck that fits their thematic best, like what happened with Teemo?

In Teemos Art he's never actually in Zaun. I think Riot hasn't made the proper updates to Bandle City yet so they aren't showing anything on it. Also Riot needs to visually update certain Bandle City champions and they should get concepts up before they solidify anything. Tho I wish they would have been doing that sooner. But now that the main body of Runeterra is done hopefully they can do Bandle City good.

Teemo is a scout. He can (and will) go anywhere in Runeterra. His mushrooms apparently come from Kumungu, so it's possible he spends most of his time there.

When they do add Bandle City, I hope some of their cards has effects that work with the other faction Yordles, like how the Poros are primary Freljordian with Braum to combo with and the Spiders are primary Noxian with Elise to combo with, and both have creature effects that interacts with Poros and Spiders of other factions, but I bet they most likely won't though.

I hope they do better in organizing Yordles in this game, I'm still annoyed that Poppy in TFT isn't considered a Noble Unit like all the other Demacian Champs in TFT, she should be a Noble, Yordle, Knight like how Kennen is a Ninja, Yordle, Elementalist.
