Global Splash Art - we should be given the option to choose the old skin or get a refund

I bought the Dragon Fist Lee Sin skin because I enjoyed the goofy splash art. I did not want to buy the Chinese version of the skin, and now I'm stuck with a skin I don't like.

I'm sure many people, even if they don't visit these boards, agree that they wouldn't have bought their skins if they had known their product would've changed on them.

For the sake of fairness riot, you should offer us a chance to get an RP refund for buying skins if you change them on us.
