Riot Games says new Cassiopeia, Viktor, Yorick, Illaoi skins will be coming in the next 12 months

I just want to say thank for finally giving skins to champions who are so long overdue. I was starting to think they would never get new skins, and that only the cute/popular/new champs would be getting skins. That's appreciated, and I hope you guys continue this trend at Riot.

They don't deserve any thanks for making more empty promises or for finally conceding that they give skins out based on popularity.

^ If anything they should be getting reprimanded by the community but of course only the people who play those champions will care to say anything.
