Hello everyone.

We all have fell in love with new Star Guardian 2019 song Light and Shadow by Hiroyuki Sawano, but ever since the actual cinematic came out, then the lyrics, then The Making of Light and Shadow video, I was keeping my eye on Spotify or other platforms to find the song, because I loved it and I thought it would be really cool to drive along down the highway with this song. But I was not able to find it on League of Legends Spotify page nor Sawano. As the days went by, I started to think that I should switch to Google Music just so I will be able to listen to it.

My own guesses it that the whenever there was an Music Video (Burning Bright) it was uploaded to other platforms, but simple trailers with still good soundtrack was not available. But why here it is not possible then? I thought the full song was long enough to be... song? And I have seen comments asking about it, someone made a post about being it available on iTunes, but It didnt got much attention because of the post name.

My initial question is do I really need now to cancel my Sporify and go over to the Google Play Music or Rioters can answer the question when the song will be released?

There might be a problem if you want the god-tier 320kbps. The music was produced by Tencent, not by Riot Games. As in the Tencent that bought Riot Games and is the parent company. You can buy the album from the Tencent music store, QQ music. So I don't imagine it becoming free any time soon.

The album is being sold on QQ music (China's version of apple music or spotify). https://y.qq.com/n/yqq/album/7887752_num.html

Most league of legends songs are free for downloading, and you can upload downloaded songs onto your spotify, locate them in Local Files, and add them to playlists or just your liked songs. No need to cancel your spotify.
