There are some super secret lore easter eggs in quite a few of the skin descriptions.
I won't tell you which ones, though.
RIot sometime ago said that that they currently placed 7 or 6 easter eggs on the map but the number might have gone up since then or stayed the same.
I know I put one in the Vlad bio....
Well there are some in game champion interaction "easter eggs" Idk about map ones tho except maybe that duck...
