Should there be any Champion who acts like a bratty prince ala Bowser Jr?

I ask because I'm having too much fun with Bowser Jr's Journey. He's such a comical little brat, and while that might not appeal to everyone, it could be a good Champion personality (since not all Champions are supposed to be completely likable).

To make another example, what about Joffrey from Game of Thrones? Prime example of an evil brat.

Could this occur on a Champion, or would this personality be the kind with a very short life expectancy in Runeterra?
