Star Guardian or New Horizon Jax / New rework

In the followings years i have mained, Jax. I've seen on multiple occations, that Jax is being stomped and rarely played on. Hes one of the champs that is squishy early all will be all game if he gets killed enough

The real reason im here is asking for a favour of a new rework or a skin like Star Guardian Jax New Horizon Jax Lolipop Lady Jax (https://gevurah-studios.deviantart.com/art/Lollipop-Lady-Jax-415804403)

Jax is champs i have climbed to plat with and carried multiple games with. Ive put alot of effort into this champ and build my own runes and items just to get a chance in the game. I feel like hes getting forgotten but i still play him while nobody i know do that anymore!
