Custom Announcer Pack Installation

Does anyone know how to install announcer packs now? You used to search for Announcer_Global_Female1_VO_audio.wpk and replace that with the pack of your choice, but I can no longer find the file in any of my League-related folders. I'm pretty sure Riot changed the pathways and file names.

Same problem here, I searched every single folder for any wpk files but the only ones left are the champions. So where is the announcer coming from? Did they encrypt it in some way? It would be nice if League could actually add this as a feature and maybe put some custom announcer packs for sale using RP and BE idk
