The Next Patch is Hitting Tuesday and Soon After the New PROJECT Skins

So, what is pretty much tradition now, we're going to get special loading screen boarders. Here's where I want to give my brief concern over. The first time Riot did this was simple: buy the skins early full price and get the boarder or wait and get them on reduced price. It was... OK. You buy it early, you get special boarder, you buy later in time window, you save bit of RP.

Second time was loot crafting. Again, this was fairly OK and didn't force you to buy the skins early (I might be wrong about this one so don't hesitate to correct me). The third time we got the option for boarders was Order vs. Chaos where we did missions and got coins instead to unlock them in loot. I personally thought this was one of the more better options (granted many probably had to buy a pass but still). Hell, this recent Championship Ashe was similar.

But then the Star Guardian event came around and I think we all know how that went: buy skins at full price, only in the bundle with the ward BUT ALSO PAY AN EXTRA 175 FOR THE BORDER AS WELL IF YOU'RE PURCHASING THEM SEPARATELY! I honestly was shocked that Riot attempted this and still am holding a small grudge against them. Why have us pay an extra 175 for a loading border when all the other times were free? Why make it for the individual bundles? To force us to buy the mega bundle? What if I don't want those other SG skins?

What I'm trying to say is how exactly are the special loading borders going to be handled this time? Are they now being only missions since the backlash of SG? Are they related to the new gamemode coming out (which btw I find horribly designed since it's all revolved around Vayne pretty much)? Do we just have to purchase them at full price but no extra for the boarders?

I've already spent my whole budget for League this month with the early sales and D.S Viktor. I'd rather have just a way to get the boarders unlocked via crafting so I don't have to get the skins right away (similar to Order v. Chaos.....I think).
