@Riot - Some feedback on Gun Goddess Miss Fortune

After playing her a bit on the PBE, I have some concerns about aspects of the skin that aren't as high quality as they should be from a Ultimate level skin.

First of all, the Gray/Red mode looks unappealing. It's lack luster, it doesn't have anything other than color and the gun nozzles that differentiate it from the basic mode. It looks extremely boring, and it can't give you the feeling that it's anything other than a recolor because of how bland it is. It ironically has some of the more diverse animations of her modes.

Next, the Purple/Magenta mode looks fun, and l love the color scheme, but the particles are underwhelming to a grand extent. They're dark, thin, and narrow, and if this mode was intended to be her black hole gun mode, it is NOT achieving this fantasy. The particles on this skin need some more punch so they feel the same quality as some of the other particles.

Finally, Make It Rain across all skins doesn't have the punch it needs at all. Compared to Make it Rain on skins like Arcade and Pool Party, where they have fun, involved particles, the particles for this skin's modes should surpass that, and it does not. This ability needs a lot of work.
