Splash Art Help

I'm looking for someone who can make splash arts transparent. Making a Malzahar guide and need it for banners. There's a few transparent skins if you just google it, but not for every skin. I asked Riot if they could do it, but I was denied. Anyone willing to do this, or could maybe direct me to someone who can? Thanks!
