i didn't went to the lore section for sometime
and when i did i checked demacia but the picture isn't the usual one all i see now is ruins
also the 3 pictures of lux galio garen destroying the city
also jarvan 4 death by the chain dude
i did realize some stuff but the the title of the 4 pics is vision means it didn't happen then why is demacia in ruins now ?
Essentially, this is just a teaser for the Chained Champion.
As the universe page says, these are "Visions of Demacia"; probably from the Chained Champion, meaning this may be ultimately what its goal is: the destruction of Demacia as we know it.
We can't be sure for now about anything as we need more information but something big is definitely coming.

I actually doubt it's for a new Champion as we just got Neeko. I think the teaser is related to the upcoming Kayle/Morgana VGU's.
