@Riot: Can all Ascended Control Sand?

I think that only the ones who succeeded in the ascension (somewhat) can control sand... Azir and Nasus and Renekton but the Darkin cant? Just a thought but it would make sense as the Iceborn can control Ice

We know Nasus can create teriblle sandstorms where the sand flies So fast it starts cutting a human's flesh (Bloodline story ). But his control of sand isn't near as good as Azir's.
