Since PFEzreal's splash art is getting an update, it means it will get animated too, right?

I know it's only a tiny detail in the client but I'm sure a lot of people will be upset if it doesn't get animated, considering every Ultimate Skin splash arts are animated in the client, even Elementalist Lux who had a different Login Screen during her release.

It will most likely have it's animation returned, they just haven't released that version yet.

I can tell that it is because the animation points are so prominent like the artist is purposefully working with an animator the gun and lowing hair are in the foregrounhd with nothing else in the way and that's where most of them mmoving parts are also Caitlyn is not very static looking in the background also leads me to believe she may move a bit
