Does LoL take fan suggestions for stories?

I was curious as I'm extremely new to the boards. I'm a recent college graduate with a minor in screenwriting and I really love Tristana as a character. I'd love to expand her very limited lore and her story, or at least make a suggestion if Riot likes that kinda thing. If not that's fine. Just asking the community overall
