He is the first champion having both, an Ultimate and a Legendary tier skin now.

Which means the argument that Jinx can't get an Ultimate skin, because she already has a Legendary and that has never happened before is no longer true. Nothing can stop me from spamming ideas for a Jinx Ultimate skin anymore! [sg-miss-fortune]

Having a legendary never was an impediment in having an ultimate, nor the opposite.

What was stopping you before? Could you imagine Jinx, but her forms make it so each skill has a new animation and effect so she REALLY has a psycho arsenal, 16 weapons.
