PROJECT is for non-magic humanoids only, right? So Malz and Viktor would be out. Malz could get a Program skin, but IDK about Viktor.

My personal picks are...

Would be called Corrupted Kayn, and he would turn into PROJECT(Shadow Assassin) or Program(Rhaast).
Probably not the skin her fans want or that she deserves, but both this and SG seem probable to me.
I think the people who want this would riot if it doesn't come out this year.
Could work.

And for Star Guardian...

Has to happen.

& I know, got a metric fuckload of skins already, but this would be a nice makeup for Xayah not getting a matching skin for iG Rakan. They'd be the leader and second in command.
Like I said, both this and PROJECT seem probable.

My personal wishlist:

Project Same idea, the Projects are corrupted and unfinished.

Jinx You are allowed to hate me now, but Yasuo, who also got the Odyssey skin not too long ago, got his Battle Boss skin, so I see nothing forbidding Jinx to get one now too. Legendary skin, she is malfunctioning and this goes really well with her generally crazy attitude.

Varus Epic (wasn't completely compatible with his upgrade) Quinn Epic (used the upgrade of her dead brother to take revenge on his killer)

Star Guardians

Orianna Legendary skin, is an old veteran of the Star Guardians just like Ahri. Got heavily injured during her mission, but the First Star was able to save her by giving her a new, artificial, magical body. Struggles to express her emotions (kuudere, seems rather cold and emotionless to outsiders)

SG Irelia: yes please. She's already voiced by Lucy Heartfillia, so that makes her a prime candidate for an actual anime-inspired skin. Would she have six separate plushy familiars, though--one for each blade?

No idea for Project, but I wouldn't be surprised if Talon gets it. Or maybe Shen. My biggest hopes are on Kalista, who would fit the grim skinline pretty well and already covers themes about fighting to keep her humanity in the main lore. And she needs a new skin so badly; it's too bad that her esports nerfs have gutted her popularity.

For Star Guardian, it's always a full team, and hopefully this time it can actually be a team that works, unlike Team 2. So I'm thinking:

Top - Riven Jungle - Quinn Mid - Taliyah ADC - Xayah Support - Rakan

I originally wanted Tristana and Sona to be the Star Guardian bot lane duo for this year, but once I saw she was getting the skin vote I was pretty sure that this would be Xayah and Rakan's time for Star Guardian skins. Star Guardian Ahri even has a quote to Xayah already. Not to mention that all of Xayah and Rakan's skins are legacy besides their release ones, so it would be unsurprising if such popular champs got Star Guardian for their first post-release non-legacy skins.

But, perhaps, as an additional sixth skin, if Riot's willing to risk it:

First Star Aurelion Sol. Do it already Riot.

Honest, at this point I have no hope for PROJECT: and Star Guardian since Arcade showed they will only get for champion which sell well enough.

But some of my thoughts

PROJECT

Talon Talon makes the most sense since he fits into the universe nicely and doesn't have that kind of sci-fi skin yet. Irelia Irelia has good weapon design for PROJECT and is popular. However, it could be similar to her Infiltrator skin. XinZhao Xin would also fit and doesn't have any sci-fi skins yet. Quinn Quinn would fit excellent into it but Riot wants money so no. Diana Diana also would fit in great but I have hopes she may could be part of Eclipse this year (Double Legendary Eclipse like Leona pls). Draven Jinx MissFortune Sivir Varus Random Legendary ADC of your liking because we all know only ADC skins sell, lel.

Star Guardian

I know people will hate my for this opinion but Star Guardian is a hella generic and cookie-cut skin which you can give like every pretty/handsome champion in League. Weapons make it easier to design but these are not even really important either. Just pick some random which sell well and tada, you have your new Star Guardian line up. Taliyah and Taric would fit into it greatly but Riot only cares for money so I doubt they will get it.

I have still hopes for Eclipse later this year but honest, I probably shouldn't expect anything good either.

Pls no Project Viktor skin. The most positive thing I had to say about Deathsworn for a long time is "at least it's not another kind of robot". If I can only request one thing for a future Viktor skin let it be that it isn't just another kind of robot.
