I've just noticed crimson akali was changed into infernal Akali which i don't like and i did't pay for. Can I ask Riot for a refund?

Unfortunately for you, it's in the league terms of service or whatever that you are not entitled to a refund if they make changes to or remove skins from the game. So no you cannot get a refund for Infernal Akali.

Literally the whole problem would be fixed if they just gave Akali a Red chroma.
