Does Garen go with katarina?

This thing was baffling in his god-king skin , he is all angry and yelling, wiping empires one after one another, all his quotes are "bow to me" "im your god" "worship me" and all kinds of arrogant comments, then when he gets to Kat, he is suddenly like "i wanna kiss you"

I don't know how i feel about that. i wanna say feels forced and out of the place? but i'm not sure. i can think of number of different ways to write a hint at this (possible!) relationship.
