The ''w'' should be the same color as his ultimate like blue/black with the red rune. It is very easy to fix because i dont understand where the green comes from, because it don't match with the theme. https://imgur.com/YkgIuok

I think his W is green in all of his skins, in which case it is likely that way to add some readability.

Like GreenLore said, it's most likely green due to gameplay clarity/readability. You see green wisps of energy flowing up or around a Champion, and that way you know that they're healing.

Blood Moon Tryndamere similarly has green visual effects on his Bloodlust.
