All voicelines!

I recently found out that the japanese version of Sett is going to be voiced by DIO from Jojo's bizarre adventure and naturally because I have an addiction towards that show and can be classed as a weaboo I really want to hear his voice ingame which got me thinking...

Why cant rito add a setting that allows you to change the language of the voicelines? I don't see any downside to this other than perhaps adding a few mb to the game but you can make it optional and only accessible in the launcher as a replacement to get rid of that issue! ( changing it ingame would be pretty neat though .o. ( but perhaps not if ure playing on a potato I guess... ) )

I feel like this would just be a nice addition to the game which a lot of people will enjoy messing around with! So I hope rito considers this and if I've missed something feel free to respond to this or something.

This has been requested for years, there was some options for doing it. From modifying game files to using third party programs, unfortunately Riot got rid of all of them.

Doesnt seem Riot is even considering the posibility to add an option to let us chose the default lenguage of the client =/

They already have an option like this on the PBE, where you can pick what language you want your game to be in, and it replaces your previous language with the chosen one. However, this changes the text in the client and in-game to the chosen language as well, not just voice lines.

Now, obviously, this is just to make it so that people from other regions can test stuff on PBE in their own language, and also to make sure the text and voice lines are working in those languages. But I don't see why they can't slightly modify it and release to live on all servers... It wouldn't really affect much in the form of memory space either, since the framework is already there, and the languages aren't actually downloaded onto your computer until you actually select the language in the client...

They could even sell the other language voice overs to us for all I care, but I guess they won't do that for the same random reason that they don't sell announcer packs, even though it would make them a lot of money...

Riot believes in change not quality of life atm.

Maybe one day they'll burn themselves out of what they believe are "good ideas"

However, its likely by the time they get to this, it'll be for celebrating the 20th anniversary

I needs to be Dio from the English dubbed version. Japanese Dio sucks.
