Scatman Lucian

I'd love to see a skin where Lucian is dressed as a Blues-era scat singer who 'scats' whenever his double-shot or dash are used. Maybe something sounding like: "Skeebeedee-bop", "Zip-zoop". Perhaps a similar aesthetic to that of Knockout Lee Sin would make sense for such a skin. Either way, it would definitely be a hilarious skin to play against, in my opinion. Thoughts?
