From what we've clearly seen, at least both of his legs and one of his arms is prosthetic. However, it's also been noted that he either has a black face cover or horrible burns on his face. Can we really say that his legs and the one arm are the ONLY things that aren't flesh and blood? And how did he get these "enhancements" in the first place?
I'm fairly certain he put out his eye and modified the other. I"m also certain he made the enchancements himself, he seems to be tech savvy.
Great question save it for the ama, my guess is he lost all of them from his arrest
It's also assumed he has only one eye :/ default at least.... but yes, and that is what makes his character so amazing, he doesn't walk like a natural champ because he doesn't bob while walking, his back is stright 100% of the time.
