Riot please, please bring back the old Lissandra lore

There is no reason why her lore is changed to this level. She had up to date lore that fits the current events and stuff. Why. Couldn't you just add some details there not create a new one from dust that doesn't match Lissandra (the one we knew and loved) in any way. The first thing you get to know about Lissandra is the Watchers. And now ... (I really can't believe I am saying this ) she is keeping them trapped in the howligh abyss with some ice wall thingy ¿ Please give us the old lore please

I actually like her new lore better. Watchers turned her into an Ice Woman, she regrets what she’s done, but the Watchers are in her head all the time now.

Gives her way more depth than her old lore. She feels like proto-malzahar, but unlike Malz, regrets her choices. But they still got a direct line into her brain.

Her new lore makes more sense to me than her old lore. I could never fathom why Liss would share the Void’s goal of killing everything.

Lissandra’s goals no longer align with the Void’s. That does not make her a hero, as she can occupy a villainous niche between the absolutely evil, and the one who saw it clearly for what it was.

They dont care. I personally seem to be cursed as they keep changing lore and remaking champs that I really love. Aatrox old lore was superior and they didnt need to delete him just give the new one a different name... one less darkin to worry about. Someone in riot gets triggered getting owned by old Aatrox, and forces the rest of the company to delete the champ and everything it was about. She'll probably be getting a remake, sad to say it. Shes fine, just like aatrox was.

i just re-read the old lore - and yup. you clearly messed up here riot. the most obvious twist in her bio you could've added is following: leave her bio like it was, and add some of the new to it. instead of deleting her own identiy you could've added more depth. maybe let her still want to unleash an ice-age over the world - but this time, becuase she wants to hide the watchers behind a non-melting true ice wall. she still can look pretty sinister, for dealing with the watchers, sacrificing her sisters+tribes. after that she learned what the watchers true intentions were, so she decided to turn against them. improsioning behind that true ice barrier. but since the watchers are not defeated and try to melt out of this, bringing death and destruction over the world, she wants to unleas an ice age to finally block them out.

this way the lore would've been SO much better. also it would fit perfectly to her monologues and all the other bios, without destroying her entire previous lore

i don't get why you changed her character upside down. i loved the evil ice witch, the one who allied with the watchers and konws herself of the winning side. and now she is a martyr?? doesn't fit at all imo. ofc its nice to see velkoz finally be part of this lore (ofc he fit that role of a watcher perfectly), yet this should not change her complete lore :/

also lissandras aram-monologue and her loading-screen monologue were SO DAMN GREAT this sinister ice witch, who also can be kinda emotional ("we were so young back then") always gave me goosebumps when i listened to it. it was my favorite part of lore. and now you removed it :(

Well the thing is. Lissandra was all about the Frozen Watchers. Then Riot retconed and made Watchers void thingy. And there was an logical theory that the Watchers and the Frozen Watchers were different. But Guess what now ! RETCONS ! the Frozen Watchers had an empire and a ton of people under their control. We didn't know what they wanted or why were they hare. But Retcons ! [sg-lux] [sg-lux] [sg-lux]
