There is litereally no reason for Riot NOT to have all buyable option as gift as well. Emotes? Fucking great, let me get my edgylord friend the Dab Pingu he wished for. Chromas? Amazing ideas? Event Pass? You know your fellow loves the Prestige skin but has no free money to buy it right now.

I could go on and on. But somehow Riot does not really care about the gifting option, sadly.

I would have gifted 50 chromas by now.

My friends already own the skins they want. At least this way I can guilt them into wearing pink versions of them.
