Naga is one of the most powerful gods in existence, and illaoi can call upon nagas power when need be.
Illaoi in general is fun to think about in this argument. Shadows in Fortune revealed how much power she can use from naga, completely repelling the mist from bilgewater and freeing tons of souls. But how much more can she do?

Bard is the most powerful THING in the~~ universe~~MULTIVERSE The thing with Bard is that they don't really care about fighting or proving how powerful they are if it doesn't concern the stability of the multiverse.
Personally I'd drop Mordekaiser and Cho'Gath for Galio and Xerath, but other than that I can't really argue with the list. It looks pretty good to me.
Where are all the "Lists of the 10 Weakest Champions Lore-Wise" at? It's a way bigger challenge.

He isn't really wordbreaker right now but... he can be sooner than expected. He never stop evolving, always becoming stronger by devouring even stronger creatures, so while he is small right now, he might become something even more threatening than Cho'gath itself in the future

I'd argue that is by far the strongest champion. He has multiple runes with the power to just pop Runeterra out of existance. No one else can get even remotely close to doing that.

The only thing that really caught my eye is having kindred on the list, personally I wouldn't have them here because as already mentioned kindred is a force of nature. From my understanding of their lore they don't really go actively hunting down victims, who deserve death or they want to kill, they're more of a connotation for dying itself, like how it can't be avoided and stuff. So basically kindred is the grim reaper of the runeterran universe in the sense they aren't lore-wise actually able to do things freely but who come to "collect" people when they die or to kill them absolutely and take their soul. Either that or they are the force of death which hunts down the souls of people who don't accept death, embodied. To me it feels like kindred is in a different realm to other members of runeterra, not in the one inhabited by humans, but skirting on the edges of the dead champions such as kalista, morde, thresh or hecarim, but at the same time not able to lump them in with the shadow isles lot.

great list but my list would go (1) aurelion sol/veiger/cho'gath (because remember veiger can create black holes and black holes vs stars and cho'gath is the world eater) (2) bard/ryze (vieger can corupt cosmic energys and thats what bard is made of and ryze has the world runes) (3) unbound xerath (hes bound currently so hes weaker) (4) syndra/galio (galiowould win against syndra because shes magic) (5) the demigods/aspects (orn renekton zoe diana ect:) (6) the darkin (7) the yordles (8) the spririts/demons (uder evile ect:) (9) kindred (10) swain/malphite/others. and thats my list hope you agree.
