I think we need more Big Bad's and Leader's in the Universe.

As it stands i can only really see maybe 3 champions who have a huge influence over Runeterra and exude an aura of "Big Bad"

Swain Mordekaiser Aatrox

If i'm generous i could add these 2 but honestly they don't have the same Overwhelming Presence on the world that those three do.

Leblanc Sylas

And let's be real here Leblance's story is really odd and needs a bit of an update/an event to really flesh it out and let us player's understand exactly what it is the Rose has done, right now we know she's been around for a long time and has had hands in a lot of conflicts but as it stands none of those have really been explored very well in way that's easy to convey(Such as a video or comic.)

When it comes to World Leader's there's not very many and most of them don't give off the presence or the feel of the leader of a country.

Irelia When it comes to Irelia she's not even the "Leader" of Ionia but she does exude the presence of one and her lore is phenominal. Issue comes when we examine, Jarvan IV.

JarvanIV This dude looks like a hulking mass of meat with barely any political brains at all, he's a king but it certainly doesn't feel like it when you play him and again, he definitely doesn't seem to fit the part looks wise. I expect him to walk with power, stand with power and confidence, speak with power and confidence and excude an aura of pure overwhelming strength. He doesn't do any of that, he's being manipulated as well which makes him seem pretty crappy as a king and i think the only thing i'v ever heard this champion say is the same as Garen "DDDDDEEEEEEEEEEEEEMAAAAAAAAAAAACCCCCCCCCCCCCCCIAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA" completely boring, jarvan doesn't feel like a king he feels like a war thirsty soldier and looks like one too.

It's just kind of hard to imagine a Climatic end to some of the ongoing conflicts in Runeterra without character's that fit the part's, i think the primary problem is not enough lore has covered it because if you "Ended" parts of the lore there'd be nothing left for the character's and i get that but at the same time there's litteraly only 2 champions i could think of that gave off the feel of being a Leader and one of them is only because his name SAYS he's the king.

Chogath Malzahar Azir Karthus

We don't need more big bads. We need more underlings for the existing ones.

You're asking for "Big Bads" and "Leaders" as if these were the sole characteristics of these characters. Why do you want them "big bads" in the first place? We've got a few, and that's enough. There is no need to have a hundred World Ending/World Level threat (and that is the Void, mostly, with a bit of World Runes and Darkin here and there). You can have "big bads" without them being a threat to the whole world.

Xerath - Is the primary antagonist in Shurima (well, depending on whose side you're on but basically). And I'd say he's more dangerous that all three "Big bads" you cited.

Lissandra - While not being an "active" threat, she's a deceiver who conceals schemes within schemes to get what she wants. She's inarguably one of the baddest bitches out there. Yes, she fucked up, and yes, she "saved" Runeterra from the Watchers, but that's only because she wants to rule herself, and the Watchers' goal do not align with hers.

I could find other characters, more region-based, who convey that feeling of "big bad" or "threat". Sylas Syndra Volibear Brand [Insert Black Mist/Shadow Isles crest here].

As for leaders... What about it...? Runeterra is not like our world. There aren't country leaders everywhere, because regions and factions are very different from ours. Ionia doesn't have a government. Freljord is fractured. Shurima is in a civil war, etc.

I'm not sure what you want with "World leaders"? What does that even mean? You want champion at the head of each regions? What for?

I think there are more than you give credit for.

For example, if you would be willing to count Sylas, who is basically just a revolutionist in Demacia, then you can also count Urgot. Urgot Urgot does the same to Zaun that Sylas does for Demacia, leading a revolution. Instead of trying to free mages, Urgot wants to throw Zaun in complete chaos and get rid of the chembarons running this place. He also has quite a bunch of people following him, called "The Sons of Ur".

Camille I would consider her a leader, she is the head of one of the mightiest houses in Piltover and her influence in Piltover and Zaun seems huge. Considering that these 2 cities are probably the wealthiest in the world as well as the most advanced when it comes to technology, I think Camille should not be underestimated.

Qiyana She is new, as well as her whole region, but nonetheless she seems to be a runner up to become the queen of Ixtal. I would consider this a "leader" position.

Besides, I actually disagree with your premise. I get the feeling that we currently get too much stuff that impacts Runeterra on a global scale, with all these demigods, aspects and other supernatural beings added to the roster.

I enjoy the down-to-earth champions more.

I really don't see the need for another big bad while there are a fair amount of "bad" guys in there already.

Xerath's bio ends with a world crumbling with mortals ready to worship a new and terrible god and you say he isn't a global threat? You can be sure, whoever wins the battle of Shurima, is gonna change the world. They will have a bigger impact than any region.

Technically speaking, there aren't many "leader-leaders" we could have that we don't already see. Traditionally Karma has represented the leadership of Ionia, Jarvan the leadership of Demacia, Swain (and/or LeBlanc) the leadership of Noxus... That basically leaves Bilgewater, which likely has no single leader, Piltover, and Zaun. Though admittedly, I wouldn't mind seeing leaders for both cities. Shurima's already covered by Azir, and the Freljord's got THREE leaders representing it.

I feel like we COULD do with more general-types, but ever since the big lore overhaul, the demand for commanders in the lore has felt much weaker than in the past. Kinda sucks IMO.
