Aurelion Sol seems pretty massive. Just how massive? Well if we consider his body type to be the following and assume that the Star he crushed was average star size (aka our Sun), then we can calculate that this guy is around 16.4 million miles in length from head to tail. That's half way to Mercury starting from the Sun. REAAAALLLY Big.
To be honest, I don't think he nor his size is bound by our dimensions. If he can manipulate matter on such a stellar scale, I would imagine he can change his own size at will. Furthermore, there's a large magnitude of difference between the smallest stellar bodies and the largest--thus invalidating your frame of reference.
Riot really dug themselves a hole here, Aurelion is massive in both size and power. How do you balance a space dragon that can create and destroy stars... Thats like in the realm of Gods, no one else comes close to that kind of power.

I thought our Sun was on the smaller side. Let's calculate with one of the biggest known stars? CY Canis Majoris. Our sun is a pea compared to that monster.
So if he could create CY Canis Majoris he would be about as large as our entire solar System, if not larger.
