@Riot Kayn Missing Quotes

Some of Kayn's quotes are missing which I saw in the Wiki and Skinspotlights' videos. I guess they are in the files? But I never heard the ones for melee champion kills and ranged champion kills and I have over 200 Kayn games. Were they intentionally removed or is it a bug?
