@Riot, did Hellstern do Vlad's updated icons?

This might be "a bit" of a long shot here but the style somewhat reminds me of her, especially the passive icon.

If not, who was it? Will she be doing his updated splashes too?

For context, Hellstern is my favourite deviantart.com artist whom I've been following since before she got her first Blizzard job (~2008). I squeaked with fangirlism when I learned she did a few things for Riot.

Otherwise all I have to say is GREAT JOB RIOT, LoL is becoming the new Magic and that can't make me any happier.
