I had a live chat with a Rioter concerning changing champion select and login screen music

Now, as some of you may know, Riot recently changed some file formatting around in the league files, and this has caused problem for Wooxy users, LVOC users etc for custom skins. What I didn't know is that they also changed where the champion select and login screen music files are located. I had a brief live chat with Riot ThermalLamp on Player Support, and he tried to be helpful but unfortunately it turns out it's in the master assets meaning you can't access them. I would like some feedback from the boards community about your opinions on whether or not this should be a feature that should be implemented into the client.
