Morgana's lore has her called 'the Veiled One'. Does that mean she's the Veiled Lady? How long has this been planned?

I don't think they are "hereditary" remember Mihila was pregnant when she reached the peak, the take away we are supposed to get is that the Aspects may take people as "package deals" if they come as one. Specifically in a case like this one.
Basically what I'm saying is Leona won't give birth to little Solaires and Solairettes if she gets knocked up while off the peak of Mt. Targon
I think it's less about them being hereditary, and more about the fact that their mother was pregnant with them when she became the Aspect of Justice. It's also why they each represent a different elements of justice - Kayle is prosecution and punishment, whereas Morgana is due process and the presumed innocence until proven guilty.
Why do I feel like it’s how the Greek gods work. If you do something great the gods will give you powers or lend some of their power to you to find your own. But this is just a theory.

Not exactly, their mother was already pregnant when ascending Targon and this might have been a prerequisite somehow.
More like the Aspect has connection to both the sisters and the mother due to all of them being ascended together and becoming the Aspects Ascended vessels. At that time Kayle and Morgana were still connected to their mother by the womb, so the Aspect regardless of how many actual lives were being ascended sees them all as part of their current sphere of influence. So in an off chance if one of the three dies, the Aspect wont just go around looking for new vessels, it already has the remaining two that have a connection with it, just needs to make that connection stronger after the primary vessel is killed (aka their mom probably).
