High Noon Jhin's 4th shot needs some love

I just got the skin from a chest and after getting mastery V with him I was excited to try him out.

After playing a few games with the skin I have nothing but praise except for Whisper's 4th shot. With the Classic skin there is a very distinctive hum that accompanies Jhin's 4th shot that gives me feedback while I'm in the laning phase and I may have lost count of which auto I'm on. On High Noon Jhin there is almost no sound and there isn't the same anticipation that the hum of the classic skin gives.

Anyway, just my thoughts, I don't post much but I want to give some feedback somewhere so when his le-jhin-dary skin comes out it's as epic as it should be.
