Evelynn and Tahm definitely tried at a relationship, it didn't work out. But they're still really close friends.

Nocturne is definitely the brooding loner guy. He's still invited over for poker night though.

They all actually really appreciate each-other and are genuine friends. They're always there to talk.

Evelynn and Tahm probably never really 'dated' imo, to me they'd probably see each other as kin or siblings. However I like the idea that they sort of hang out, aside from marking their own territories to separate each other.
