A long time ago there was a thread that I don't feel like necro-ing, someone had come up with the idea of surprise party illaoi.
Wacky waving inflatable arm flailing tube men for tentacles, a disco ball for an idol, etc etc etc.
Single greatest idea I think i've ever seen for a skin -- had like 900+ upvotes.
Where is it? I don't even play Illaoi AT ALL and I would buy this skin.
Personally I've always wanted a candy Illaoi with a jawbreaker and giant gummy worms.

That's why it's nowhere to be seen. It doesn't matter that you're posting it on the boards. What decides new skins is the champion's popularity. Illaoi isn't played enough, and her current skins don't sell well enough, so it's a waste of manpower to make new skins for her when they could make a skin for a champion they know will make money.
I think a big part of why even the voting event didn't end up making them a lot of money off her Resistance skin is because they decided to remove the aspect of it people actually voted for-- the hands on the tentacles and their metal color.
