With this new patch bringing both a rework and a legendary skin, there are several things that I'm noticing are absent. Is there a login screen for the new Ezreal? What about for the legendary Dragon Trainer Heimerdinger skin? And where is the new lore for Dragon Trainer Heimerdinger and Dragon Knight Mordekaiser?
Maybe I'm being impatient and these things will come in a day or two, but I've seen no sign of any of it.

New skins usually sit for a day or two after the patch before release, so this isn't unusual.
No login screens ever reached PBE for either, which is extremely disappointing. Heimer is now the first legendary skin since Battlecast Skarner - THE LAST UNPOPULAR CHAMPION TO GET A LEGENDARY - to miss a login screen.
we should be expecting new skin bios either today or tomorrow and if not then next week
I think it's the fact that so much is happening right now, there's no time to show a login screen for Heimer.
We have Worlds going on, a Halloween event, A new class of skins being introduced in Prestige tier AND a new legendary skin. Something had to give!
