I just think that they are very underwhelmed skins. They don't have any cool effects. In fact they barely have any effects. The colors and the art of the skins also leaves a lot to be desired. The colors don't match each-other and just look clown-ish. I think they should be reworked as skins or at least meet a rp discount since they don't deserve being called epic skins. What exactly makes you think they are not fitting for a 1350 skin? They got literally everything a 1350 skin needs and they fit the skin theme perfectly.
And also, the color scheme: Why does it not fit? Just because they are not the same color? I mean, even in their base skin the color are not the same. On intention. The colors are supposed to fit their character and imo they fit perfectly for both, the base look and the Sweetheart skins. The combination of the two color schemes is also none of those "pain-to-the-eye" pallets
