Pulsefire Ezreal rework plox?

I know that this is something a lot of people have been wanting, seeing as how the latest Lux ultimate skin was just releases i thought that we should have pulsefire ezreal reworked because it doesn't feel like a ultimate skin. compared to all the other ultimate skins this one might as well be a 1350 or a legendary not a ultimate so i would like to see a rework on the skin if possible.
