She does if compared to other harrowing skins, its legit the same thing except her clothes. Maybe add cat claws for daggers? and her ult can show scratching when u hit champs with it. Kitty kat scratch!

I'm in agreement. Kitty Kat Katarina looks like a scruffy mangy fleabelly you don't want your cat getting anywhere near, less you have to torment them with a daily dousing every day for the next week.
