Ignore the fact that MF really didn't need another skin.
Ignore the fact that AD Carries now have two 'Ultimate' skins while Top Lane still has none.

The issue is that it's not an Ultimate skin - it's merely a Legendary Skin with 3 Chromas that you're forced to buy.

GGMF costs 2775 RP. A Legendary Skin costs 1820 RP. A Chroma Costs 290 RP. Base GGMF + 3 Chromas should cost 2690 RP. The ability to change the chroma in-game when players will simply prefer one Chroma (I'm 99% sure this is the case with DJ Sona and Elementalist Lux) is worth sweet fuck-all.

The simplest solution would be to admit that GGMF is only a Legendary Tier Skin. Most people don't care that it's so expensive - they care that you took up this year's Ultimate Skin slot with a Legendary Skin that has a few Chromas on release.

And no one is saying that Riot HAS to release 1, and only 1, ultimate skin each year.
